It all started in 1948 in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown. Wong Wing was named after its founders, siblings Marcel and Lucille Wong and their financial backer Mr. Wing. They began selling handmade egg rolls, fried rice and garlic ribs at Steinberg’s supermarkets. Now a division of McCain products they still manufacture their products, now in 2 locations in Canada.

McCain also still owns part of it as well.
