So we, my partner Michele Forgione and I, created 4 first flavors. Prepared in Quebec with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region, our sauces quickly won the hearts of Quebecers. We then wanted to extend our knowledge and beliefs to other products. Other sauces have emerged as well as frozen pizzas, sausages and panettone.
