Verification will be done to ensure that businesses in the directory are Canadian owned and their products are made in Canada.  If it is a Canadian service the Canadian ownership is verified. For the process, one of the following methods are used.

• The information is indicated specifically on their website
• An email is sent to the company to confirm the information
• A Facebook message is sent to confirm the information
• A google search is done for where it is made and who owns the business

You will see as a result a fluctuation at times of the number of resources (businesses) as Canadian businesses are removed and added to the directory and mobile app through research and submissions.
