The Crafty Artisans is a small business created by a mother and daughter who took a leap of faith and decided to spend more time doing what brings happiness to their world – creating. Creating has always been such a big part of our lives. I recall as a small girl growing up, watching my mom draw, sew, paint and craft, loving every moment of it. I was never allowed to use the fancy, expensive brushes, paints, pens and I never understood why since I promised to be gentle and take care of them. Hi, my name is Brad Forster and I operate BAM Woodworks. I trained at B.C.I.T. in their Joinery program. After working for a few years, I couldn’t secure an apprenticeship, and needing a full-time job I ended up driving a truck for 23 years.7 years ago I injured myself and had to give it up.
