Representing the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in these courts, Jeremiah of Eastman Immigration Law Office defended many government decisions such as visa officer refusals, refugee claim refusals, Humanitarian and Compassionate application refusals, deportation orders, and
Citizenship application refusals.

Since leaving the Department of Justice Canada, Jeremiah has been representing foreign nationals and
Permanent Residents in complex legal disputes with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Canada Border Services Agency in the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal including defending against deportation. He has also argued cases before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
