Hi, I’m Jill! And I’m the founder and CEO of Fatso Peanut Butter. I love a good, all-natural peanut butter, but I wanted it to work harder for me. Almond and cashew butters are great but way too pricey. So I thought, ‘Why don’t I just make peanut butter…better?
I went back to the drawing board to make a super peanut butter that would hit all of the things I need in my diet. I wanted lots of good fats, high fiber, and it had to be beyond delicious.
Starting in the back kitchen of a local restaurant in Victoria BC, Canada, Fatso went from a side hustle to full time peanut butter gig within a matter of months. For the first year and a half I loaded up my car and hand-delivered product to retailers both in Victoria and Vancouver. Today Fatso has strong national distribution across Canada, is sold on shelves at Whole Foods Market in Oregon and Washington, and is available in both Canada and the US through Amazon Prime. Don’t think we’re stopping there: stay tuned for announcements on our US expansion in 2020 and 2021 and then it’s just a matter of time until total world domination!
