In the Fall of 2011 we opened our our own Holy Crap Cereal factory in Gibsons, BC. Our factory is certified Organic, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Kosher. And it’s nut-free.
Our product was chosen for one of Commander Chris Hadfield’s breakfast options on his mission aboard the International Space Station. Holy Crap was rigorously analyzed by NASA for suitability for the nutritional needs of astronauts–then packaged into single serve pouches. If you look closely at the picture you’ll notice powdered milk mixed in with the cereal.
You can be confident in a high standard when you choose our products.
FVOPA is the agency that provides our organic certification after determining we meet the criteria for our organic products to display the Canada Organic logo and under the Canada/US Equivalency Agreement display the USDA Organic logo.
Gluten Free – All our cereals are produced in our own dedicated Gluten Free factory in Gibsons, BC. We do not produce any other products in the factory.
Gluten Free claims on food products are regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) in Canada and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA. Both CFIA and the FDA allow a tolerance of 20ppm for gluten in products labeled Gluten Free.
