Alfons Custom Furniture is a thriving business building custom cabinetry and furniture. While cabinetry is the “bread and butter” of his business, and his true passion is custom furniture design.
A master craftsman, educated in Germany, he brings a wealth of expertise and experience to custom furniture artistry. Prior to coming to Canada, he spent three years in an apprentice program and several years working as a journeyman cabinet maker. After one year in trade school where he learned business and training practice, he went to work managing cabinet shops in Germany.
In 1998, he immigrated to Canada and worked in cabinet shops and on luxury yachts with custom boat builders. In 2005, he opened his own business. Today, he runs a thriving business building custom cabinetry and furniture. While cabinetry is the “bread and butter” of his business, Alfons’ true passion is custom furniture design. His design imagination knows no bounds and he is comfortable creating all types of furniture from traditional to contemporary.
