Lori Ann of Blue Lagoon Organic is a passionate gardener who wants to grow nutritious food for those who care about what they eat. She has retired from teaching elementary school and nurturing young children and is focusing all her energy into nurturing as many varieties of fruits, herbs and vegetables as our prairie climate permits.
Rene operates the equipment and manages the irrigation and soil fertility. Stefan is a food adventurist. He is excited about cooking whole food. He owns a mobile kitchen and caters meals and parties.
