Located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district of Montreal, the BluePearl Distillery creates artisanal alcohols of the highest quality, 100% Quebecois, which meet the high expectations of today’s consumers. Both classic and sparkling, BluePearl spirits target an audience curious to discover the immense know-how of our local artisan-distillers who rise from the ashes and are proud to bottle the unique aromas and flavors of Quebec.
Under the watchful eye of the chief operating officer, a 400-liter still of the hybrid type enhances the expert infusions concocted by our master distiller. This production room was fully fitted out at the end of 2017 by the team which now operates the distillery. The local occupies a total area of 2000 square feet.
