We started planting the Broken Tine Orchard in 2011 and worked on developing an ice cream topping and wine/mead right away. We developed the wine and mead with Mr. Dominic Rivard and we do all our own vinting, bottling and labeling on farm. We carefully pick our berries at pick ripeness to ensure maximum sugar, aroma, and flavour.
We are proud to have worked with so many great companies that want to support local and help each other out.
