Chef Pieter Inc Van Meenen had a passion for cooking from a very young age. At the age of 40, he made the leap from the corporate world to pursue his dream career as a chef. After 18 years of managing food operations, seafood and import stores, retail grocery, and a chain of high-end cafes, Pieter enrolled in the Dubrulle International Culinary Restaurant Ownership Chef program at The Art Institute in Vancouver. He proudly graduated with honours on the Dean’s List.
Chef Pieter uses only the freshest and finest quality ingredients, sourced locally and organic wherever possible. Each artisanal creation is hand-crafted personally by Chef Pieter. Chef Pieter’s artisanal dips are freshly crafted by hand, packed full of flavour, and made with love. He sources the finest, sustainable, local ingredients – only those he feeds to his own family. He also focuses on creating products to suit all dietary needs and preferences including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and raw vegan.
