Chris and Nellie Dewitt established D Dutchmen Dairy in 1978 which today continues to be run by Nellie and the Dewitt family. Over the past 40 years, they have established their brand throughout Western Canada, mainly by word-of-mouth. Today, tourists return to visit them as second and third generation visitors.
They continue to offer old-fashioned, hand-made dairy products with a focus on top quality ingredients. Our products are all produced on location at their dairy farm in Canada. In 2004, The Vancouver Sun reviewed them calling their ice cream “BC’s Best Ice Cream”.
