Hello, my name is Lesley. I am seamstress behind Dressed By Les. I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, and my family and I have made our home in Regina. I have been sewing most of my life. I learned how to hand sew from my grandmother as a child and I was hooked. As an adult I started making my own clothes and found a new love.
Dressed By Les started in 2008 when I first set up in our basement. Back then I took almost any order that came my way. But I started to make things for myself and my family and realized that so many others would love them as much as I did. Like the Bapron, still one of my biggest selling items.
I may sew as a job, but it’s my passion and I would spend all my free time sewing if I could. My true love is vintage style clothing. I hope one day to bring my vision of a vintage inspired clothing line to life. In the meantime, I’ll continue to share my personal creations with you all.
