Restaurant, cheese counter and dairy bar, everything is there to taste the difference! All of our products like cheese, butter, beef, ice cream and gelato are made from milk from our dairy herd, without any modified dairy ingredients 💯% naturally good.
It is with love, passion and complicity that we all work to make you discover the difference… from our land to your plate! We have more than 10 varieties of cheese, including our wheels (name inspired by the Aylmer dam located nearby), with different seasonings, stages of maturation and ripening.
