Jonas Newman & Vicki Samaras are the founders of Hinterland Wine Company Producing premium sparkling wine in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Housed in a former dairy barn, Hinterland has been making celebrated sparkling wines since 2007. Vineyards spread over three sites totaling 15 acres.
