In addition to being low carb, our delicious cupcakes, cookies, squares, breads, pizzas, desserts and more are made without products containing gluten.
Though gluten free products have become extremely popular in recent years, most of them have simply replaced wheat with other high carb starches and grains. To address the high carb issue, we have replaced the grains, sugars and starches with nutrient-rich nut flours, natural fats, and sugar-free sweeteners — erythritol and stevia.
