A small cheese factory established at the entrance of the village of Sainte-Luce, La Tête sur le Bio is a company created by a passionate Christian Paturel, who is the cheese maker. Several cheeses, all certified organic, are made throughout the year, including two firm pasta, Le Coq de l’Anse and Affine Bouche, a semi-firm dough, the Honeymoon and also cheddar cheese.

The head on the Bio is distinguished by the choice of its organic cow’s milk. All cheeses made cheese are products from u milk of Jersey Farm G uillaume Fournier

Made In Canada:

  • L’Affine-Bouche (Firm washed rind dough made from unpasteurized organic cow’s milk refined with sea salt. Refining 120 days or more)
  • Le Coq de l’Anse (Firm washed rind dough, made from unpasteurized organic cow’s milk, refined with “Salts du Bas-du-Fleuve”.)
  • Honeymoon (Half-firm, washed-rind dough made from unpasteurized organic cow’s milk, refined 60 days or more.
  • Processed Cheddar (Aged as much as possible. )
