At North Spirit Distillery we do not buy “neutral” spirit and flavour it (as many distilleries do) – that’s just not what we believe in. By controlling the entire process through agricultural input, yeast, fermentation and distillation, we ensure all of our small batch products are worth taking home to share with friends and family. As a result of our limited fermentation capacity and dedication to the full life-cycle of our spirits, we will occasionally sell out of products or limit availability. After Six Vodka unique character is inspired by the most purest water from natural spring of Elmvale, Ontario. Its mild taste is followed by a smooth velvet finish, felt in its purest form. The exclusive taste of After Six vodka requires special technology, able to reach new levels of purification. Such level of excellence reached using 24-plates copper column distillation and coconut charcoal filtration. The result is an alcoholic beverage with 40% alcohol content. The drink promises a unique mild, warming taste, bringing about the aroma of ingredients distilled to perfection.
All of our products are developed from start-to-finish at our distillery in Toronto.
