Linda Lachance, the designer, started her business, Northern Pine Designs, in 1987, initially with a line of counted cross-stitch designs. The business has grown and now includes many different charted canvaswork *needlepoint* designs which incorporate a variety of wonderful threads, stitches and textures in the creation of geometric designs.
