Off Track Brewing – When great friends get together over great beer, things are bound to get Off Track. We founded the brewery on making highly drinkable beer that you’ll want to enjoy again and again. Bedford, Nova Scotia, has been home to all three of us and we wanted to create a taproom where you’ll feel right at home. Our focus is crafting high quality beer that speaks to everyone. While we typically play in the area of pales, IPAs and easy drinking wheats and browns, we will also venture into the world of stouts, kolschs and many others.
