Our small batch 10 hectoliter brewhouse, The Pass Beer Company provides an approachable beer style to be enjoyed after a day in the mountains. Wood fired pizzas and stacked poutines all made in house are sure to please. Named after a local mountain bike trail, this west coast IPA is light in malt and loaded with Simcoe, Chinook, Loral, Citra and Mosaic hops. Pine, grapefruit and citrus with a firm but soft bitterness. Available at the brewery this week for growler fills, details will be posted shortly. We rated this one a Black Diamond. ABV – 7%
