All our chocolates at Rousseau Chocolatier are handmade using fresh ingredients and locally sourced whenever possible. Use the drop down menu to select your choice of all dark, milk or mixed chocolates.
The majority of our products are categorized as “gluten free”. This status can include ingredients which may be wheat derived however are so highly processed that there is undetectable residual gluten and therefore are gluten free by the Canadian standard “gluten free”. Our retail team can supply a list of products with this status.
We also have a policy of using recycled or recyclable packaging materials wherever possible and also have our own internal recycling program.
