We began producing cheese at Santa Lucia by hand over 50 years ago, with nothing more than a dream, some family recipes and the will to create fine hand-crafted cheese. Nothing has changed; our appetite to create the finest cheeses motivates everything we do. We are still producing hand crafted cheese, utilizing only the freshest ingredients, 100% Canadian milk, and the desire to create the finest cheese for our consumers. We have strived for a niche in the market place by manufacturing our cheese daily, products like Ricotta, Tuma, Bocconcini and Fior Di Latte among many others, at our factory in Toronto.
