Since he started his Sausage Factory business in 1984, Fred, his wife Teresa, and staff have strived to bring the local community and surrounding area quality meat matched with quality service. The business has long been based on the mentality that if the staff wouldn’t feed it to their own family, they wouldn’t serve it to their customers. The new owners Kelly and Tara Leffers, with the support of their amazing staff are committed to continuing this commitment of quality service for the community.
All of our meats are carefully selected from producers who care about their products. The cheese is supplied by companies who strive to produce only the finest product they can. The sausage available in store is crafted weekly by Kelly and his staff to bring you the finest and freshest they can create.
