Silani Cheese – The quaint township of Schomberg, Ontario has served as the backdrop of our operations since 1954. What began as a small dairy farm fifty years ago, has transformed into an award-winning facility with on-site manufacturing, processing, packaging, storage, distribution, importing, and laboratory testing. Our diverse selection of cheeses can be found at grocery stores and deli counters across the country, but our in-house specialty shop affords us the privilege of meeting with some of our customers everyday.
