It all began at Tymek’s Natural Foods in a small factory, almost 30 years ago, in the heart of Toronto, with the intention of sharing our products with the Polish community. Over the years however, our variety of offered traditional home-made goods grew, as did our clientele. Now, we are not only known for our delicious natural dill pickles, but amazing sauerkraut, pickled cabbage heads, horseradish, kvas and beets with horseradish… just to name a few.
Since day one, we proudly support our local Ontario farmers, using only locally grown produce to ensure the quality of our products. We do not add any preservatives or artificial ingredients, our products do not undergo pasteurization. As a result, all Tymek’s goods provide a very rich source of probiotics and Vitamin C.
