At Violet Chocolate, we’ve been making award-winning flavoured chocolate since 2012 from our studio in Edmonton, Alberta. Rebecca Grant, owner and chocolatier of Violet Chocolate, uses traditional techniques, quality ingredients, and inspiration from her experiences as a Red Seal Chef to create uniquely flavoured bars.
Through her training as a Red Seal Chef, and years of experience working in kitchens and boutique chocolate shops, Rebecca has honed her craft for creative flavour profiles that give a nod to tradition with an eye on the future.
Every batch is crafted by hand and every ingredient is fair game as long as it enhances the natural flavours of the chocolate. Resulting in flavoured chocolate bars that are destined to impress and deserving of the time and effort to create.
