Noba Pasta inc. is a bit like a baby with an old soul… Indeed, the origin of the company dates back to 1997, when the Milanese mill started producing pasta with its flours made from ancient grains. This pasta, which differs from the majority of Italian pasta on the market, is then sold under the Alegria brand.
In 2020, Robert Larocque, food enthusiast and visionary entrepreneur, joined the team. He wishes to breathe a breath of fresh air into the company in order to introduce it, among others, to new generations known to be concerned about their health and their environment.
