Push Fitness & Performance Training was established in 2006, aiming to guide members with knowledge and support often lacking in traditional fitness environments. Our trainers and members have facilitated a nurturing community of likeminded individuals seeking a fit and healthy lifestyle.

We’re not about cookie-cutter programs, we’re about people. We created our programs with the individual in mind. How well do you move? What are your limitations? How can we make you better? These are all very important questions to us. Each person is unique, with different body types, goals, likes and dislikes.

At PUSH we take this very serious. Our team of professional coaches lead and teach all of our programs. It’s our mission to ensure we are up to date with all of the latest and greatest. We are always attending conferences and seminars – learning from the best and brightest minds in the industry. We learn by doing!
