Located in the heart of Winnipeg, Capital K Distillery was Manitoba’s first family owned and operated producer of handcrafted spirits. Our first product, Tall Grass Vodka, was proudly launched in the fall of 2016, followed by Tall Grass Gin and the rest of the Tall Grass spirits line. WPG Vodka, our value brand, was introduced in 2019. Our traditional craft distilling process begins with a controlled hand milling or mashing of locally grown grain. At Ironworks Distillery we take enormous pride in creating our products. Our vodka is made from Nova Scotia apples, and is unique in Canada. Our gin includes local juniper berries and numerous Nova Scotia sourced botanicals, including rosehips from a hedge down the street. Our Pear-eau-de-vie with a pear in the bottle is perhaps the product that best reflects our commitment to local ingredients. Each spring we put 400-500 bottles in the pear trees of the Boates Farm in Woodville; each fall we harvest full-grown pears in the bottles and fill each bottle with distilled pear brandy from the previous season. Smooth 42 handcrafted liquor is made in Brownlee, SK, in what used to be the town curling rink. Adam Dombowsky and Sacha Elez bought the 20,000 sq ft rink from the town, which has a population of 50 or so, for $1. We spent nearly a year and half to renovate the derelict building, doing nearly all the work ourselves, to create the home of Smooth 42 Craft Distillery. We hand craft our premium alcohol with as much locally sourced raw materials as possible and go the extra distance to make our products exceptionally smooth. Products:

Lucky Bastard Distillers journey began where most great ideas do…over drinks! In 2010, Cary, Michael and Lacey finally had an opportunity to catch up with each other after a holiday. Maybe it was the cocktails or just the intrigue of a new adventure, but the three friends decided to take a leap and so began ‘The longer than expected distillery’. On Avenue B North in Saskatoon. We soon outgrew our 3000 square foot distillery and made the move to a larger building to grow into. Cary, Michael, and Lacey are surrounded by a dedicated and talented team of production, sales, event, and retail staff. The idea that arose over drinks has grown from a family of 3 to a family of 27, from 5 products to more than 30, and from 3,000 square feet to almost 15,000 square feet. Products:
