Wolfgang’s Grain and Flour – Grain like an apple is the most nutritious right after the skin is broken. Once the outer shell of the grain kernel is broken, the inside (the flour) begins to oxidize. When the oxidizing process begins nutrients start to break down. Grinding grain fresh and using it soon after provides you with the nutrients normally lost in processed foods.

Adding preservatives to the processed foods allows big companies to process more food and ship it further distance all at the expense of the nutrition of the food.
